Put an end to indecision. And the limits of legacy 1Gbps internet.

Legacy fibre and copper connections are called legacy for a reason. Lower speeds, lower bandwidth, and higher chance of disruption can limit productivity and growth and impact customer satisfaction.

Putting our money, where our mouth is...

We built our network to the most stringent physical design standards. And it’s why we have the best SLA in the industry.

We automatically compensate you for any downtime exceeding four minutes. And if an outage lasts more than an hour, we lose a day of revenue.

This drives our teams to always provide the best service to our customers, because we know that zero downtime is better than any level of compensation.

Got a question?

What is 100G Internet?

Vorboss 100G Internet is London’s first and only off-the-shelf 100 gigabit per second (100Gbps) business fibre service.

100Gbps delivers the city’s most data-hungry businesses the speed and capacity to handle higher traffic volumes, faster uploads and downloads, and seamless integration of AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.

We can deliver installations and bandwidth upgrades within days, not months, so new and existing Vorboss customers can increase to 100Gbps whenever they’re ready.

How does an SLA (Service Level Agreement) differ between business broadband and leased lines?

Leased lines typically have robust SLAs that guarantee uptime and have rapid fault resolution. If you choose a good supplier, they'll automatically compensate you for downtime. Business broadband SLAs often provide only basic fault investigation times and definitely won't provide automatic compensation for downtime because the infrastructure is simply not reliable enough.

Do you offer tailored internet solutions for specific business needs?

While we offer direct, dedicated business internet lines as standard, we offer a whole suite of products and services to meet the needs of each individual business. We provide our services for businesses of all sizes including internet for small businesses and internet for large businesses.

Options include, but are not limited to, Protected Internet with managed failover, DDoS Flood Protection, Point-to-Point and IP Transit.

How is Vorboss different to other business internet providers?

We do a lot of things differently from traditional telecoms companies.

We built and own our fibre network infrastructure, so we don’t rely on any contractors. Every person our customers meet or speak to is a Vorboss employee.

We created our own in-house academy to train our engineers, taking people with little to no telecoms experience and offering them a career path. We care deeply about building an equitible, inclusive, and diverse workforce, and the Vorboss Academy has helped us introduce more women to the industry, with nearly 40% of our Installation Technicians being women.

We've been named one of the Best Places to Work in the UK by The Sunday Times three years in a row now, and received a special recognition as one of the Best Places to Work for Women.
