Ready to take the next step?

Vorboss is growing quickly, and our goal is to have an equitable, inclusive, and diverse workforce to represent our brand.

Our Female First Initiative is a way for us to ensure our workforce is inclusive and gender-balanced right from the start. We want to do more to attract women into the industry and, in particular, into traditionally male-dominated roles.

This is a chance for our industry to broaden its horizons and increase the diversity of its workforce in a way that it has been slow to do until now.
