Seamless connectivity. Straightforward service. Does that match up to your experience with business internet providers?

If not, it’s time to change.

How to choose an ISP

Let’s set the bar high

Whether you’re installing business fibre or upgrading your bandwidth, the process should be painless.

However, like many other London businesses, you're probably desensitised to overcomplicated onboarding processes and impersonal customer service.

The good news is that today you have options. You can find a connectivity partner that is:

  • London-based;
  • Agile and proactive;
  • Technically trained;
  • Friendly and personal;
  • Available 24/7.

Are you leaving your business vulnerable?

The average London business lost a staggering £18,620 in economic output due to fixed business connectivity outages in the past year.

But only 39% of them received any compensation. At an average of £7.53.

This highlights how crucial it is to know what your Service Level Agreement (SLA) is. And whether it meets the demands of your business.

If a disruption occurs, you should be compensated fairly and automatically. A transparent, fair SLA helps you gauge how robust a provider's network really is.

The more generous the SLA, the more confidence a provider has in the reliability of their network.

Customer-centric, or nothing

If an ISP isn’t utterly centred around your needs, it's not worth partnering with.

Think knowledgeable, in-house representatives, personalised assistance, and around the clock support.

Think customised solutions, scalable offerings, and expert advice.

You have your own unique needs, and a tailored service is the only way they’ll be addressed. Don't just look for a supplier. Look for a partner.

Got a question?

Is Vorboss available in my area?

The Vorboss fibre network currently covers London Zones 1 and 2. If you’d like to get your business connected, book a consultation with one of our experts.

Our team is happy to make recommendations if your business is outside of this area.

What business internet speeds do you offer?

We were the first provider to standardise on 10Gbps, the first to offer an off the shelf 100Gbps and 25Gbps product. Obviously, our standard product is 1Gbps compatible, if you're not quite ready for 10.

Our high-speed Ethernet connections supply true uncontended bandwidth. That means we can offer uninterrupted, dedicated, symmetrical internet every hour of every day. We’re the fastest internet in town.

Our customers always have the speed and capacity they need for their applications to perform at their best, boosting their productivity and technological functionality. We only supply business internet, so not only is our service dedicated to their needs, but there is no mixing business-critical traffic with residential traffic.

We are one of the UK’s top peering networks and are connected with other London-based partners to speed up traffic and ensure low latency (time taken to transfer data across the network). Customers can send near-instantaneous communications and enjoy a seamless service.

What are your contract terms?

All our direct contracts are initially 12 months and monthly rolling thereafter. We guarantee our prices for the lifetime of the service (we won't even raise the price for inflation), and there are no installation fees.

In the unlikely event that your Vorboss business internet goes down for more than four minutes, you will automatically receive at least one day's worth of service credits. If your internet is down for 24 hours, you will receive the full pay-out of two months' worth of service credits.

We understand that connectivity is mission critical, so if your service goes down, we will apply these credits automatically and sweat the small details so you don't have to. The last thing you want to do is chase your ISP for service credits due, so we have made the process seamless.

Our independence and direct-to-customer model allow us to be the most transparent business fibre provider in a traditionally clouded market. We want customers to be with us because they love the service, not because they are locked in.
