Role overview:
We are looking for an individual to support and take responsibility for current and new wayleaves that the business requires in order to deliver services to London businesses. You will manage the relationships with external and internal stakeholders to efficiently drive the wayleave process. You will provide support and guidance to the wayleave team where necessary and work with the business on its wayleave reform strategy and vision.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with the negotiation and completion of wayleaves, consents and licences for the installation of electronic communications apparatus.
• Oversee and assist with the negotiation of bespoke wayleave agreements.
• To assist and support major wayleave projects.
• Manage and coordinate timeframes to conclude the wayleave agreements and escalate any major delays to the business.
• Develop strong working relationships with the Sales and Customer Success Management teams to ensure on-time delivery for the requested wayleaves.
• Assist and support Vorboss’ wayleave reform strategy.

• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You’ll need to be comfortable negotiating agreements and collaborating with different teams and external stakeholders.
• Organisational Excellence: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively will be key to your success in this role.
• Team-Oriented & Self-Motivated: We’re looking for someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, with a natural drive to take ownership and make an impact.
• Familiarity with Regulations: Having knowledge of the statutory and legislative issues relating to wayleaves will be an asset, but if you’re new to this, we’ll provide the support you need to grow in the role.
• Adaptability & Resilience: You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, evolving environment and be able to stay focused on solutions even when facing challenges.
