A new London office brought challenges for Regent College, from legacy infrastructure to access issues. Vorboss stepped in and delivered a 10Gbps connection in one week.
Regent College was on the hunt for an internet provider for their new London office. With staff needing internet from day one, setting up the connection before move-in was critical. Unfortunately, they were off to a rough start.
Securing internet for a new office proved difficult
When the team began their search for a new office, internet access quickly became a major challenge. Other providers quoted steep installation fees with lengthy lead times - in fact, one delay even forced them to walk away from a space they had originally wanted most.
Regent's brought in Vorboss to resolve wayleave issues
After finding a new location, new problems cropped up. Major ISPs couldn’t resolve wayleave issues. Keen to move forward, Regent’s brought Vorboss into the conversation. We stepped in to deal directly with the landlord – something we do regularly because we have our own in-house wayleave team. The result? Wayleave sorted within the week, with no cost to Regent’s because it was included in the lease agreement.

New office fully connected within one week
Knowing how urgent the move was, Vorboss got the planning and network delivery teams involved before the contract was signed to ensure everything was prepped. Because we handle everything in-house, we were able to start mapping routes and preparing the connection ahead of time, so that Regent’s could be connected from day one.
As a result, within just a week, the new office went live with a fully diverse 10Gbps connection, installed in close collaboration with their fit-out company.
