Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Summary
Using more than one method (password + code + fingerprint) to log in securely.
Description
Reduces risk of account compromise. For example, a remote employee accessing sensitive HR data might need a password plus a code from their phone, preventing hackers from gaining access with just stolen credentials. "MFA is something you have and something you know" - no modern system should be accessible without MFA.
