Role overview:

As an SDR in our Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in the early stages of our sales cycle. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, engage with them via outbound activity, and secure appointments for our Sales Executives to present Vorboss solutions.

This is a highly proactive role requiring confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills. You will be instrumental in opening doors and creating the first impression of Vorboss for our prospective clients.

Key responsibilities:

•    Proactively research and identify target businesses within our ideal customer profile.

•    Conduct outboundcalls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.

•    Clearly articulatethe Vorboss value proposition and qualify interest.

•    Book qualifiedappointments for the Senior Sales Team to drive revenue growth.

•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

•    Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs on outreach activity, appointments booked, and conversion ratios.

•    Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies.

•    Represent the Vorboss brand professionally and with enthusiasm.

The right candidate:

•    Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (telecoms or technology sector desirable).

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.

•    Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively.

•    Resilient and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.

•    Confident using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
