Role overview:
Our Chief Commercial Officer is looking for someone to collaborate with our sales, legal, and delivery teams, supporting the contracting lifecycle of our customers from negotiations through to handover to the delivery team.
As a key member of the commercial team, you will apply your expertise to support our sales function while working cross-functionally with sales, channel, partnerships, legal, and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end order management process for new business and upsells, including quoting, contract creation, and handover to delivery team.
• Responsible for working across functions to complete and close out quoting and contract generation and ensuring comprehensive handovers to the delivery team.
• Managing the product book based on business decisions for updates against products and pricing.
• Assist in ensuring quoting accuracy based on existing product suite and customer needs.
• Partnering closely with the sales teams to ensure data accuracy on pipeline and forecast in our in-house CRM and reporting tools.
• Apply attention to detail and possesses a pragmatic approach towards problem solving.
• Maintain accurate customer data throughout CRM and different systems. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the sales cycle.
• Complete primary review of and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all information required for order submission is documented and accurate.
• Facilitate any subsequent changes or adjustments requested by Commercial or customer.
The right candidate:
• Results-driven with a focus on working towards and meeting all KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Highly responsive and proactive in issue identification, communication, and managing expectations.
• Preferred previous experience in a Customer Service, Administrative, and/or Order Processing environment.
• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone/Teams, via email and face-to-face.
• A desire to learn, grow and develop.
