Role overview:

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to support the design and delivery of connectivity, IT, and cybersecurity services for businesses across London.

You will work closely with Sales, Networks, and Delivery teams to shape solutions that integrate seamlessly with customers’ existing environments, ensuring technical accuracy and a smooth path to implementation.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of more complex technical scoping, particularly across IT and cloud services. You’ll support customers through migrations, upgrades, and solution validation, while also advising on best practice across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and related ecosystem tools.

This position is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments who is now looking to grow into a broader, customer-facing solution design role.

Key responsibilities:

• Join customer calls to lead or support technical discovery.

• Validate requirements and propose solutions across connectivity, IT, cloud, and cybersecurity.

• Explain solution options, architecture, and recommended approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare or validate high-level solution documentation, diagrams, and scope-of-work materials.

• Ensure all technical details are accurate before handover to senior Solutions or Delivery teams.

• Maintain clear, organised notes and documentation that support a smooth implementation.

• Conduct checks to ensure Vorboss solutions fit seamlessly with the customer’s wider IT ecosystem.

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to shape solution options and ensure commercial alignment Internet for Business

• Support Networks and Delivery teams by providing accurate technical information and early-stage validation.

• Escalate complex or non-standard requirements to senior members of the Solutions team.

The right candidate:

• Solid experience in an ISP, MSP, or IT/cybersecurity environment.

• Strong working knowledge of M365, Azure, Azure AD, and/or Google Workspace.

• Experience with backups, cloud migrations, licensing changes, and tenant configuration.

• Familiarity with endpoint management, identity, security controls, and cloud integrations.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls), and ideally some exposure to Juniper, Ruckus, or Fortinet.

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and capable of producing clear technical documentation.
