Role overview:
Our Connect by Vorboss service extends our reach by partnering with third-party networks to deliver connections wherever our own network doesn’t yet go.
As Connect Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery of all Connect by Vorboss projects. You will manage third-party carriers, coordinate internal teams, and keep customers updated throughout. You will work across multiple projects at once, ensuring each one runs to plan and completes smoothly. You will report to Head of Customer Operations and work closely with the Commercial Relationship Manager, Head of Operations, and Carrier Relationships Manager. You will hand over each customer to our in-life teams once service is active.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of all Connect by Vorboss (off-net) customer projects.
• Act as the customer’s main point of contact during delivery.
• Coordinate activity between carriers, internal teams, and customers.
• Work closely with the Commercial Relationship Manager to ensure accurate handover from order to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Carrier Relationships Manager to maintain performance and resolve supplier issues.
• Liaise with the Head of Operations to schedule Vorboss site work, installations, and NTE fits.
• Work with the Head of Customer Operations to resolve cross-functional issues or blockers.
• Track progress across multiple projects, keeping customers and stakeholders informed.
• Escalate risks early and drive resolution to keep delivery on schedule.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Prepare each service for activation and ensure a smooth handover to in-life teams.
• Contribute feedback and process improvements to strengthen the Connect by Vorboss delivery model.
The right candidate:
• Proven experience delivering telecoms or connectivity projects end to end.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working directly with third-party carriers and suppliers.
• Confident managing customer expectations and delivery risks.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Collaborative, with experience working across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
• Based in London, with occasional customer or supplier visits.
