Role overview:
Vorboss are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual, who is passionate about delivering a 5* experience to everyone who visits our Head Office. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and having a variety of responsibilities. You will be responsible for collaborating effectively with different stakeholders. You will be required to support the day-to-day running of the office, the main community area, and ensure that the facilities and surrounding areas are presentable, warm and welcoming.
This is a key role here at Vorboss, as you will be the first point of contact, supporting all stakeholders, including visitors, employees, and customers. Fostering a strong sense of community within the company is essential, as you will play a central role in promoting the Vorboss brand and community to our partners and visitors. This role is great for someone who has a resourceful approach, is resilient and proactive. You will undertake a range of duties to ensure smooth operations across the business.
This is a full-time, office-based, fixed term role up until December 2025, with the possibility to go permanent.
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key responsibilities:
- Offer a high-level guest experience by greeting all guests, visitors, and team members when entering the office.
- Provide a 5-star experience to all visitors that come to Vorboss.
- Ensure visitors booking process is followed internally.
- Ensure calls are answered in a friendly and professional manner and manage the sorting of outgoing mail deliveries.
- Ensure the office environment is consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- Take full responsibility for meeting room management, ensuring all rooms are efficiently set up and turnaround to accommodate the high volume of daily bookings.
- Liaise with the main building’s front-of-house team.
- Keep the wider business updated with any process changes, and company initiatives via various communication channels.
- To continually act as the point of contact for both internal and external parties, always looking to improve communication in the office.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues, taking the necessary steps to resolve them efficiently.
- Liaise with the Facilities team in conducting audits and managing product orders.
- Facilitate and support internal and external stakeholders in event planning and organisation.
- Liaise with our People & Culture team and other relevant teams during the onboarding process to ensure it runs smoothly and be a welcoming point of reference for new starters.
