Role overview:

As an SDR in our Channel Sales Team, you will play a critical role in the early stages of our sales cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential Channel Partners, engage them via outbound activity, and secure appointments for our Channel Account Managers to onboard as either Channel or Strategic Partners.

This is a highly proactive role requiring confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills. You will be instrumental in opening doors and creating the first impression of Vorboss with our prospective partners. You will have the opportunity to represent Vorboss at industry events and join meetings with Senior members of the team to develop personal skills for future career progression.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively research and identify target businesses within our ideal customer profile.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.

• Clearly articulate the Vorboss value proposition and qualify interest.

• Book qualified appointments for the Channel Sales Team to drive revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs on outreach activity, appointments booked, and conversion ratios.

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies.

• Represent the Vorboss brand professionally and with enthusiasm.

The right candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or sales (telecoms or technology sector desirable).

Internet for Business

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively.

• Resilient and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Self-motivated and driven to be successful.

• Confident using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
