        - First-line IT support

• Drive adoption of these services through a mix of:

        - On-site visits and events

        - Targeted email and phone outreach

        - Collaboration with building management and agents

• Own and deliver a revenue target for your building portfolio.

• Partner with the Business Development team to support activation of newly connected buildings.

• Keep detailed, accurate account records and pipeline updates in CRM.

• Provide insight and feedback to the wider Commercial and Product teams on customer needs and opportunities.

The right candidate:

• Proven success selling managed IT or connectivity services (e.g. ISPs, MSPs, telco, SaaS).

• Sector exposure: Experience selling into commercial property / real estate clients is a plus.

• Commercial drive: Target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.

• Relationship builder: Confident engaging C-suite stakeholders, FM teams, and building managers.

• Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and follow-up skills.

• Multi-channel operator: Comfortable combining digital outreach, calls, and in-person visits to build pipeline.

• Curious and coachable: Keen to learn the Vorboss proposition and apply training to real customer outcomes.

Benefits:

• We believe in taking care of our staff both mentally and physically and in order to support this we offer a range of benefits that you can access.

• Employee Share Plan

• 25 days of annual leave allowance that increases with years served (excluding bank holidays).

We aim to be an equal opportunities employer and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.

We aim to create a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation, and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all staff are recognised and valued.
