Role overview:

Vorboss is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships Team.

Working with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will establish and nurture key relationships within London’s Built Environment and Commercial Property sector.

Representing Vorboss in this customer-facing position, you will be tasked with driving awareness of our products and building advocacy within your target list of named accounts.

Over time, you will become synonymous with commercial internet connectivity in London.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defining and prioritising which Strategic Partners to target within your vertical, ensuring alignment with our Commercial objectives.
  • Initiating and nurturing strong relationships with these key stakeholders and influencers, including but not limited to Landlords, Primary Contractors, Engineering/Design/M&E Consultants, and Commercial/Managing Agents.
  • Strategically updating, refining and re-prioritising that target list based on outcomes and dynamic objectives.

  • Generating referrals for the direct Sales team. You will use your industry knowledge and networking skills to generate consistent, high-quality leads that convert to annual recurring revenue for Vorboss.
  • Selling and implementing our Building Connect product into new commercial developments to generate future referral opportunities.
  • Establishing wayleave templates with Landlords and Landowners to make Vorboss products and services more easily available to customers.
  • Planning, driving attendance of, and hosting our own events. You’ll also selectively join external events that demonstrate ROI. Please note that many of these may fall outside of core office hours.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align strategies, sharing market insights, and supporting business objectives. Providing feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to existing Partners.
  • Correct and proper use of commercial tooling to monitor and track all KPIs and activity required by Leadership and other supporting commercial functions.

The right candidate:

  • A proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within the Commercial Property and/or Built Environment, with a deep understanding of this sector.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships and drive commercial outcomes.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills to share market insights, align strategies, and provide feedback.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in products/services and processes based on stakeholder feedback and market trends.
