Role overview:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will be joining a multicultural, international working environment. You will be working closely with our Performance Marketing Lead, as well as collaborating with the rest of the team and the wider business. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years’ experience who can really hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acquire a strong knowledge about what we do, who we are, our culture, our competitive landscape, our industry, the company objectives, our customers.
  • Plan, design, implement and account manage Google Ads campaigns that align with the overall performance strategy.
  • Keyword research and management including negative keyword to optimise bids.
  • Optimise bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic levels.
  • Perform daily account management of LinkedIn campaigns, and setup new campaigns where needed.
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyse the performance of all digital campaigns, generating weekly and monthly performance reports. Working closely with the Sales Team to evaluate performance beyond just the numbers.
  • Write engaging and concise copy in line with our brand and campaign goals.
  • Assist with website management across our Web flow site, and work with agencies where needed.
  • Landing page creation in line with our brand and campaign goals.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends.

The right candidate:

Essential:

  • Paid search experience Google Ads and/or Bing Ads
  • LinkedIn ads experience
  • Comfortable creating, optimising, reporting on Google Ads campaigns
  • High aptitude for insight and data analysis
  • Proficient with numbers, data and reporting
  • Proficient excel experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working for a B2B brand or agency
  • Obtained Google Skill shop certifications and/or LinkedIn Certification
  • Knowledge working with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Start-up/scale up experience
