Role overview:
Vorboss has recently raised over £250 million to bring high-speed connectivity and fibre to London’s businesses. In this role, you'll coach our talented installation team, ensuring the seamless deployment of our future-proof data connectivity products. Key responsibilities:

• Oversee our growing Installation Team, promoting an environment that supports personal growth and well-being.
• Ensure each team member feels valued and has opportunities for professional development.
• Maintain regular contact with Installation Team Leaders and Delivery Leads to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Provide customised support to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Build inclusion within the team, reinforcing our people-first culture.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to understand project requirements, contributing to efficient job planning, scheduling, and assignment.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Health & Safety teams to regularly review and improve safety and quality protocols.
• Champion the need for ongoing training and resources to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge.
• Manage attendance and performance metrics and keep track of time management across all teams, leveraging insights from team leads.
