Role overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Leadwith 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. You will drive high-quality B2B lead generation across digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and content marketing, while working closely with agencies to optimise campaigns and overall digital performance.

This role is ideal for a creative problem solver who excels in fast-paced environments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a small team, handle data management and performance analysis, and ensure data-driven and effective marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Drivequality B2B leads through digital marketing strategies using Google Ads,LinkedIn, SEO, and content marketing (not an exhaustive list).
  • Campaign Management:Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns to maximise lead conversion and ROI.
  • Website Management:Oversee and optimise Vorboss.com; this includes a website revamp project.
  • SEO & Content:Implement effective SEO strategies and content marketing (blogs, whitepapers)to enhance organic traffic and brand visibility.
  • Data Management &Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data insights to refine and improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaign objectives are met and optimised.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one junior team member, supporting their development and growth.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with innovative solutions and adapt strategies as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Leverage Web flow for content management and HubSpot for marketing tracking and automation.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment of marketing initiatives.

The right candidate:

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B context.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing (not an exhaustive list).
  • Strong in analysing data to drive decision-making and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills, comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience managing agencies and internal team members.
  • Web flow and HubSpot experience isa plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
