Role overview:

Vorboss has raised over £250 million to bring high-speed connectivity and fibre to London’s businesses. You will be responsible for growing our Wholesale/Carrier customer base and increasing revenues via channel sales.

Vorboss requires an experienced Telecoms Account Director with prior experience managing sales accounts across the Wholesale, Carrier, or Channel sectors. You will bring expertise and previous client relationships to the role, and be responsible for identifying and strategizing the route to market and opportunities for additional business growth within the Wholesale/Carrier sector.

You will have the ability to drive sustainable financial growth by growing sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will assist in growing our market-leading product and price point to help you and the business achieve our investors' goals. You will work directly with the Head of Channel and other key stakeholders across the business, i.e., the Head of Marketing, Head of Solutions, product, planning, and our installation teams.

Key responsibilities:

•    You will be a customer-facing representative of Vorboss with Channel/Wholesale telecoms environment.  

•    You will need to leverage your existing professional network and build relationships with the key stakeholders in the Carrier/Wholesale space,showcasing the benefits of Vorboss and how it can help them solve their connectivity challenges.  

•    You will be expected to attend the major conferences and both internal and external networking events.

•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.  

•    Be knowledgeable about the macro telecoms environment and the impact they have or could have on our business

The right candidate:

•    Demonstrable experience of selling into Wholesale or Carriercustomers, and be able to engage potential clients from day one.

•    Is comfortable managing both internal and external C-suitestakeholders.

•    Demonstrate an understanding of targets and forecasting and havea strong track record of successful target attainment.

•    Is positive, possesses a great work ethic and is passionate to overachieve.  

•    You have experience of working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

•    Able to articulate your ideas and approach to a wide array of audiences.  

•    An ability to prioritise workload and meet targets set by others.  

•    An ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making with senior-level audiences.

•    Take personal responsibility to meet commitments and actively seek additional responsibility, all whilst working consistently with unparalleled attention to detail.  

•    You are a team player and can communicate well with a variety of stakeholders and peers.  

•    You are fluent in English (written and verbal).  

•    Work to all sales KPI’s both weekly and monthly.

•    Is a flexible team player, and naturally willing to see things through to completion.

•    To have strong analytical problem-solving skills, strong time-management skills, and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise competing priorities.
