Role Overview

Vorboss are looking an analytical and enthusiastic Compliance Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance within all departments of our organisation. You will work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Lead to produce supporting documentation for use in SORs and industry forums, making technical information understandable for relevant audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To remain continually informed on proposed amendments to:

- PIA Product Descriptions

- Contracts

- Engineering Principles

- EU Electronic Communications Code (EECC)

- London Council Policies and Procedures

• To develop a deep technical understanding of our fibre and infrastructure asset.

• To develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance management system.

• Create detailed engineering led assessments of the potential impact of proposed changes to any of the above, keeping Build and Operations teams fully informed where necessary

• Ensure Vorboss infrastructure build is compliant and adheres to the dynamic PIA Product Descriptions, Contracts and Engineering Principles.

• Ensure all commercial agreements are compliant with the regulations set out in the EU Electronic Communications Code (EECC).

• Keep abreast of all on-going compliance, licensing, and notification obligations Vorboss must meet within our EEA (European Economic Area).

• Periodically conduct PIA related audits and reviews to ensure compliance standards, as well as leading any other work required in response to mandatory audits.

• Create and distribute documents that educate stakeholders on improving compliance, as well as generating relevant KPI’s and reports for internal stakeholders.

• As the SME, you will provide deal support and governance to the Vorboss Sales Teams during commercial negotiations, ensuring they’re aware of actions needed to protect Vorboss customers.

• To ensure our Installation and Civils teams work in accordance with the applicable rules of each local council

• Identify opportunities to automate technical processes with third party platforms using API’s

Skills & Experience:

• To have an exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.

• Advanced analytical abilities with effective research and professional networking skills.

• Ability to accurately complete applications for compliance certification.

• To have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions.
