Role overview:

We are looking for an individual to manage and take responsibility for current and new wayleaves that the business requires in order to deliver services to London businesses. You will manage the relationships with external and internal stakeholders to efficiently drive the wayleave process. You will provide support and guidance to the wayleave team where necessary and work with the business on its wayleave reform strategy and vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate and complete wayleaves, consents and licences for the installation of electronic communications apparatus.

• Oversee and negotiate bespoke wayleave agreements.

• To take lead responsibility for major wayleave projects.

• Manage and coordinate timeframes to conclude the wayleave agreements and escalate any major delays to the business.

• Develop strong working relationships with the Sales and Customer Success Management teams to ensure on-time delivery for the requested wayleaves.

• Provide wayleave support, training and guidance to the business where required.

• Review the wayleave processes and suggest improvements to the business.

• Assist and take the lead where necessary on Vorboss’ wayleave reform strategy.

• Collaborate with other telecom operators on wayleave strategy & experiences.

The right candidate:

• Educated to degree level.

• Negotiation and communication skills.

• Highly organised and disciplined.

• Motivated and driven team player.

• Knowledge and awareness of the relevant statutory and legislative issues relating to wayleaves.

• Experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
