Got a question?

Do you deliver social value as part of your service delivery?

Yes. In line with the Social Value Act, we offer measurable social value outcomes, including:

• Local employment and apprenticeships

• Partnerships with SMEs and social enterprises

• Volunteering initiatives and digital inclusion programmes

We report on these commitments as part of our contract governance.

Can you support services classed under Critical National Infrastructure (CNI)?

We have experience delivering to CNI-classed sectors, including healthcare and emergency services. Our network is designed with resilience, geo-redundancy, and 24/7 monitoring. We follow NCSC guidance for telecoms infrastructure and maintain strict access controls and threat mitigation protocols.

What support and service management do you provide?

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) operates 24/7/365, with real-time monitoring and proactive alerting. Each public sector client is assigned a named Service Delivery Manager. We provide regular performance reporting, SLA tracking, and optional service reviews to ensure ongoing performance and accountability.

Can your fibre services integrate with our existing IT infrastructure?

Yes. Our services are designed to be compatible with standard enterprise and public sector network architectures. We support:

• VLAN tagging, QoS, and IPv6

• Integration with SD-WAN, firewalls, and existing routers

• Professional services for migration planning and execution

What are your lead times for fibre installation and delivery?

Typical lead times range from 4-6 weeks in areas where we have existing infrastructure. For bespoke or complex installations, we provide detailed project timelines. We manage wayleaves and third-party permissions directly to minimise delays and ensure transparency during delivery.

Do you offer fully uncontended, symmetrical fibre services?

Yes. Our fibre connectivity is fully uncontended and symmetrical as standard, ensuring consistent performance, especially during peak hours. This supports critical services such as cloud applications, real-time communications, and backup replication.

How do you handle wayleaves, permits, and site access coordination?

We manage all wayleave negotiations and third-party permissions on behalf of our customers. Our delivery team engages early with facilities management and local authorities to streamline approvals. We provide regular updates and mitigate risk through proactive stakeholder coordination.

What network monitoring and fault alerting systems do you use?

Our infrastructure is monitored end-to-end by a 24/7/365 UK-based NOC. We use advanced telemetry systems to detect and alert on anomalies in real-time, triggering immediate investigation. Customers can opt for alerts and automated incident updates via email or ticketing system.

What steps do you take to minimise service disruption during installation or migration?

We use detailed project planning and risk assessments to minimise downtime. Installation and migrations are coordinated with customer IT teams and can be scheduled outside core hours. We test services in advance and provide fallback procedures if issues arise.

Do you provide fibre connectivity to multi-site or campus environments?

Yes. We can design bespoke solutions for multi-site public sector organisations, including:

• Campus-wide fibre or point-to-point links

• Aggregated bandwidth for schools, offices, or healthcare trusts

• Centralised monitoring and simplified billing for group accounts

How do you ensure scalability for future bandwidth or service needs?

Our infrastructure supports rapid upgrades - typically within days - from 1Gbps up to 100Gbps. As a dedicated fibre provider, we do not require new lines for most upgrades. This allows public sector organisations to respond flexibly to growth or digital transformation initiatives.

How do you meet UK public sector procurement requirements?

We are an approved supplier on RM6095 (UK Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Framework), enabling compliant and efficient procurement. Our commercial models align with G-Cloud terms for transparency and speed of engagement.

What resilience and uptime guarantees do you offer?

We deliver enterprise-grade fibre services with 99.99% uptime SLAs, underpinned by fully diverse routing and core network redundancy. Our engineering-led support team provides fault resolution within 4 business hours in most Central London locations. Optional dual-homing and backup lines are available.

How is network and data security maintained?

Our infrastructure is physically secure and logically segmented. We operate a fully owned, dedicated fibre network with no third-party sharing. All services are compliant with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit, and all access is tightly controlled and audited.

How do you demonstrate value for money?

We provide cost-effective fibre with predictable pricing and no hidden installation or equipment charges. Services are scalable (1Gbps–100Gbps) without needing new infrastructure. Our focus on long-term resilience and performance delivers significant value compared to traditional shared or legacy services.

What is your approach to sustainability and net-zero commitments?

We are committed to supporting the UK Government’s Net Zero strategy. Our fibre infrastructure is designed for long-term energy efficiency, with equipment deployed in high-efficiency, renewable-powered facilities wherever possible. We maintain a documented Carbon Reduction Plan aligned with PPN 06/21, and we actively monitor emissions across our supply chain.

Put an end to indecision. And the limits of legacy 1Gbps internet.

Legacy fibre and copper connections are called legacy for a reason. Lower speeds, lower bandwidth, and higher chance of disruption can limit productivity and growth and impact customer satisfaction.
